MEDIC PLAN is certified by the Notified Organization EKAPTY SA, according to the standards EN ISO 13485: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 (with field of activity the Import, Trade, Distribution, Installation and Technical Support of Hospital and Medical Equipment, the Import, Trade and Distribution of Washing, Disinfection and Sterilization Consumables, the Monitoring of Load Measurement of Steam Sterilizers and Washer Disinfectors, the Distribution of Detergents and Disinfectants of Medical Technological Products), and meets the requirements of the Ministerial Decision of 2004 for the Good Practice of Distribution of Medical Technological Products.
MEDIC PLAN has an ISO 14001: 2015 Certificate and is integrated in an alternative waste management system for electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with Law 2939/2001 and the relative Ministerial Decision. MEDIC PLAN complies with an Information Security Management System which is in compliance with the requirements of the International Standard ELOT ISO / IEC 27001: 2013.

Our company MEDIC PLAN PRIVATE COMPANY (based in Athens) has a permanent, complete and certified repair unit in Greece, ie technical support & service department of high organization - staffed with well-trained mechanically and electrically equipped staff, well trained and authorized by the construction companies (extremely important for the know-how and reliability of the Group) - able to deal effectively with any requirement for technical support and maintenance (service) of the items we represent in the Greek Market. The second unit operates in Heraklion, Crete and the third in Thessaloniki.
It has in stock only genuine spare parts and ensures at the same time upgraded technical support and fast service.
